Our Delivery Promise

If you order an In-stock product,we can have it delivered 3 working days. So should your need any replacement on your home appliances product.Supreme Home can get a new one to you as soon as possible. We'll contact you the day prior to delivery to confirm your details and give you an estimated delivery time. On the delivery day itself, the driver will contact you one hour before arrival to confirm that you will be at home to receive your order.

**Next day delivery available in Klang Valley area only.

To make things even easier, selected electrical gadgets will have basic installation.




DELIVERY

We deliver to your home or office via our nationwide store network. Products are dispatched from your nearest Supreme Home store. Delivery normally takes between one (1) to seven (7) working days. Join our Supreme Home Privilege Member for FREE and you track & manage all your orders via My Account.


The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location. Multiple items can be fit into one box. You can work out delivery costs for your purchase using the delivery cost calculator in Shopping Cart. Otherwise, delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs. 

We use local couriers (Ninjavan) to facilitate the delivery of our small items' deliveries. We are unable to deliver on Sundays, Public Holidays, or at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc). Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation or 3rd party fees. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.

Large Items & Appliances Delivery: Large appliances include washers, dryers, refrigerators or televisions. We are unable to deliver on Sundays, Public Holidays, or at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc). Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation or 3rd party fees. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.

There will be an additional delivery charge for buildings without lifts or if your products cannot fit in the lift and the delivery team has to use the stairs. Our delivery service only covers addresses within 30m from the unloading point. A RM50 surcharge/item will be collected by the delivery service provider for addresses outside this scope.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each. 

All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them. Deliveries cannot be made to certain rural areas and islands like Pulau Langkawi, FELDA, etc.

CLICK AND COLLECT/IN-STORE PICKUP

When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your order from your nearest Supreme Home store and avoid paying delivery charges. Simply select the Pick Up In-Store option and nominate your preferred location. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up.


Please note that only the person who placed the order may pick it up. When picking up your items, you're required to supply a copy of your order, NRIC and credit card used to make the purchase. (If you pay via FPX, your credit card is not required).

OTHER SERVICES

Disposal

For disposal of old items, requests have to be made at the point of purchase. Disposable is applicable for like for like item.

Installation Service

Basic installation of individual television set or small electrical appliances is included (not applicable for online purchase), but it does not include the installation of wall mounting and wall mounting brackets. An installation fee of RM50 surcharge / item is applicable for stacking kit installation of individual Dryer.
